About Still Waters
Still Waters is SGM's big, blue beauty! Still Waters is a recycled 20'x8' shipping container that has been converted into an all-inclusive hygiene facility operated on the grounds of Texas Oaks at 9910 Bilbrook Place, Austin, TX 78748.
Still Waters has 3 private, fully air conditioned/heater capable shower units that provide very comfortable, year-round showering options regardless of Texas weather conditions. Still Waters also has two washer/dryer units to allow for cleaning of clothes, another crucial service our guests experiencing homelessness need.
All hygiene facility services are provided ENTIRELY FREE of charge 3x/week, every single week. No appointments or ID necessary to receive services. SGM happily provides all towels, wash cloths, soaps, shampoo/conditioner, razors, and other various hygiene items that may be needed. Come as you are, grab a cup of coffee from one of our hygiene facility operators, and enjoy whichever hygiene services needed! Can't wait to serve you all!
Hours of Operation:
Tuesdays: 5:00-8:00pm
Thursdays: 5:00-8:00pm
Saturdays: 10:00am-1:00pm
(Note: last load of laundry started 1hr before closing!)
